Yes, if an item you ordered was delivered incorrectly or damaged to you, we may offer a replacement or refund.
You must contact us within seven (7) days from your delivery date at customerservice@eamart.com with the attached photo of the said item/s.
The refund will generally take 5 - 10 business days to reflect on your bank statement. An email notification will be sent shortly once the refund has been processed.
If you wish to return any delivered items you ordered wrongly, there will be an administration fee of S$10.00. The returned item must be in its original condition, in its original box and/or packaging, and not used or expired.
